1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 44Tag Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

44Tag Studios provides graphic design, web development, branding, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement provided to the client before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the proposal. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. 44Tag Studios retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee covering work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable unless the project is cancelled by 44Tag Studios.

7. Limitation of Liability

44Tag Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
